These terms and conditions (Terms) govern your participation and use of the Privilege Club Lifestyle Rewards platform (E-store).

These Terms apply between Qatar Airways Group Q.C.S.C. acting through its Privilege Club programme (we, us or our) and you, the person accessing or using the E-store (you or your, who will also be the Member in relevant circumstances).

You should read these Terms carefully before using the E-store. By using the E-store or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you should stop using the E-store immediately.

These Terms are effective from XX October 2024.

Unless defined in these Terms and context permitting, capitalised words have the same meaning as set out in the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions.

Updates to these Terms and Conditions

  • We may amend these Terms at any time, and without advance notice. The revised terms will be considered effective from the time they are published on the E-store. Your continued use of the E-store after any change means you have accepted and agreed to the revised terms and conditions.

Eligibility

  • To use the E-store, you must be a Main Member of the Qatar Airways Privilege Club (including the Student Club) Family Members (in a Family Programme) are therefore ineligible to use the E-store.
  • Access to the E-store is permitted only using your Privilege Club Account.
  • Accordingly, if your Privilege Club Account is linked with a Partner loyalty programme (such as the British Airways Executive Club) you must move your Avios from that loyalty programme to Privilege Club to use them to participate on the E-store.
  • The E-store includes links to the websites of third-party merchants/brands. Qatar Airways and Privilege Club is not responsible for these third-party sites, nor for any goods, information or services supplied through or in connection with them.

Usage of the E-store

  • Use of (and purchases on) those third-party sites, including the provision by you of personal information, will be subject to the merchant's/brand’s own Terms and Conditions, which you should also read. It is your responsibility to review and evaluate any such content, and that any and all risk associated with the use of, or reliance on, such content rests with you.
  • You agree that Privilege Club shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your use of any third-party Internet websites.
  • Any purchases you may enter into with any third-parties, including any merchants or advertisers referred to, listed or linked to on the E-store will be solely between you and such third parties, including any transactions for the purchase of goods or services from such third parties.
  • All such purchases will be subject to the merchant's terms and conditions, and privacy policies, applicable to such transactions.
  • The intellectual property in all text, design, graphics and other material and the selection or arrangement and 'look and feel' of such material of the E-store is owned by us and/or our respective licensors.
  • Privilege Club is not responsible for any charges you or any user of your account incurs as a result of dealings with any merchants or other third parties referred to, listed or linked to on, the E-store. Further, you accept responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in connection with any such transactions. You agree that Privilege Club shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, any such dealings or transactions including, without limitation, any returns, refunds, or any product liability claims.
  • As set forth herein, Privilege Club makes no warranties, representations, or terms of any kind in respect of this website or its contents (including, without limitation, any views, comment, advertisement, promotion or offer made) other than those required by law.
  • All information and/or data included in and/or on this website is made available for guidance only. Your use of such information and/or data is therefore entirely at your own risk. We expressly exclude, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all liability of Privilege Club, its directors, employees or other representatives, howsoever arising, for any loss suffered as a result of your use of this website.
  • Privilege Club is not responsible for any charges you or any user of your account incurs as a result of dealings with any merchants or other third parties referred to, listed or linked to on, the E-store. Participation with the E-store

  • Privilege Club may collect information on your activity on this Website through monitoring your navigation and use of tools and functions available on the E-store. This information enables us to analyse use of the E-store and is used to enhance the structure of the E-store Privacy and Cookie Policies. In addition, Privilege Club will collect and use information about you as set out in the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions.
  • We take care to ensure that all product information and pricing featured on this web site is accurate and up-to-date. However, we are unable to guarantee the prices or description of any goods or products displayed on this website. We reserve the right to make alterations without prior notice. The representation of colours on your browser may vary from the actual colours. Products are not scale models. (Except where stated in individual product descriptions). Product images are reproduced with the consent of the owner or licence holder of the copyrights and trademarks in such products.
  • Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission on any page of this web site shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.
  • We shall have the right to suspend or cancel our obligations (without liability to you) in whole or in part if we are delayed or prevented from carrying on our business or any of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to any circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
  • Any intellectual property rights created by us in the course of performance of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions shall remain our property. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to have given you a licence or any other rights to use the intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to us.
  • Privilege Club reserves the right to change or withdraw retailers featured on the Lifestyle Rewards E-store.
  • When you add a retailer to your favourites we will inform you of any Avios collect rate increases as well as increased collection rates for other retailers in the same category. If you no longer wish to receive these just remove the retailer from your favourites. Please note it may take up to five working days to remove your favourites.

Earning Avios on E-store

  • The Privilege Club Terms and Conditions govern all Avios that you may collect by shopping at merchants listed on and linked to from the E-store. You are reminded that Avios credited to your Account, may be revoked if the merchant from whom you have ordered goods or services tells us that the transaction between you and the merchant was cancelled. (For example, because you returned or didn't pay for products or services for which the Avios were issued).
  • Avios will only be credited on:
    • Purchases made with retailers featured on rewards.qatarairways.com pages when clicked through to from qatarairways.com
    • Transactions completed online from the respective affiliate merchant links
    • If you have consented to accept the relevant tracking cookies that will help us determine your purchase completion
  • Avios will not be credited on:
    • The purchase of gift vouchers or purchases made using gift vouchers, which for avoidance of doubt includes gift cards, gift certificates or on VAT, sales, use, excise or other applicable taxes, and delivery charges.
    • If coupon or voucher codes other than the ones listed on Lifestyle Rewards website are used.
    • If the transactions are incomplete due to failure of their or the individual retailers websites
  • Missing Avios claims must be made within 6 months of your initial purchase date. Please fill out our Missing Avios form. No untracked transactions will be accepted for retailers on E-store.
  • Bonus Avios will be awarded only on qualifying transactions, any bonus Avios will be credited at the same time as the Avios for the transaction the bonus is related to. The first-time shopper bonus only applies to customers who have not previously made a transaction using E-store, it will not be given to customers who have made a previous transaction that was cancelled or in any other scenario.

Member Communication

  • If you have any enquiry about your purchase, you must submit the online form available on E-store to raise any queries or claims related to any purchases done from the E-store.
  • The communication is handled by our E-store partner ‘Value Dynamx (part of Collinson Group).

In the event of any inconsistency between the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions and these Terms, the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions will prevail.
