A valid email address and credit card are required when making a booking. Rewards are not given on bookings made with a basic rate, when an early payment benefit has been received, corporate rates, or on any taxes, service fees, VAT or other hotel facility costs (including restaurant and spa).
Rewards will not be approved until 90-120 days after you have completed your stay.
