• Please only use the “ai.Taobao.com” search bar to search for your desired Taobao/Tmall item.
• DO NOT click on any other links (including the top and bottom navigations) on the landing page.
• DO NOT close this “ai.taobao.com” page.
• If you wish to order 2 or more items, please use the search bar again to search for the product.
• DO NOT click on any other links on the product page during the purchase and check-out process.
• Please click the link
Submit Order ID to submit the 18-digit/19-digit order ID WITHIN 2 DAYS after your purchase, otherwise your transaction would not be tracked.
• Do not close the browser “ai.taobao.com” during shopping
• Turn off “Do not track” option in browser privacy setting
• Turn off “Ad Blocker” in browser setting
• Empty your cart before clicking through the link on our Taobao merchant page.
• Quick payment: air tickets order or other orders which require immediate payment, must be paid before the orders get expired, otherwise the order will not be tracked.
• Special products: travel or some home & living related orders may have longer order confirmation period, it will therefore require longer time to approve the rewards for your purchase.
